Appointments
We are by appointment only.
Attire
We recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing and shoes. We will supply spa robes if you have more than one service.
Check- In Information
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that any necessary forms may be completed and services can start on time.
Gratuity
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. A gratuity of 18%–20% of your service value is customary and may be added to your credit card or provided in cash to your service professional.
Cancel or Re-Schedule Request
Since all services are reserved for you, we do require you to contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or change the time to avoid losing the deposit that was paid at the time of scheduling.
Late Arrival or No Show
Due to scheduling, should you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee you will receive your full service time and will not be able to extend your service time. You will be required to pay the full value of the services that was booked.
Personal Possessions
We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles. We recommend that you do not wear jewelry or bring any other items of value.
Spa Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that mobile phones be silenced and voices kept at a respectful level while in the spa.
Children
To maintain a calm and quiet environment, we kindly ask that children not accompany you.
Guest Satisfaction
To ensure your satisfaction, it is important for you to communicate your concerns and/or desires with your service provider.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds after services have been rendered. If for any reason you are satisfied with your service, please ask to speak with a manager or the owner prior to leaving the spa. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to end the service. You will be required to pay for services rendered up to the service ending.
Health & Wellness Considerations
Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy. Certain services may not be suitable for all guests, and we reserve the right to modify or decline services for safety reasons. We are unable to provide massage services to any female who is still in the first trimester.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
